2010 CMC Table 4-1

Hookah Lounge ventilation rates: Footnote 1: Smoking: This table applies to non-smoking areas. Rates for smoking-permitted spaces must be determined using "other methods".

Anyone have an ideas as to what he "other methods" might be other than "it's up to the local jurisdiction".

Below are some links that I used for a hookah bar which opened here and had three partners that are cousins.
Keep one thing in mine, that if the owner/s are the sole operators and there are not any employees, the labor law mandates are out the door.
