ADA Self Evaluation & Transition Plans

This sounds like something only the disabled can accomplish. It wouldn't take the standard multi-generations to get anything meaningful accomplished.  A simple lawsuit against the state. The state has the mandate, therefore, unquestionable liability (for hiring the wrong people). Plus the added incentive of a state coffer that is fat enough to make it worthwhile.

Or I guess the disabled community could just wait another generation of two for the present system to catch up?

There is only one way to force the state to clear up any confusion. Everyone has to hire lawyers. Obviously Official State Boards and paid employees are not the answer.
