Congress recently passed legislation which includes weatherizing goverment and private sector buildings, as a part of President Obama's Energy Plan Policy.

What is your views on what weatherizing means?

Does it include wind-proofing?

Does it include flood-proofing?

Does it include thermal-proofing?

Wind, water from storm and tidal surges, and seasonal and storm temperature changes are all a part of the weather, still, aren't they?

Would these issues involve more than the door, window, and vent openings?

Interesting topic, lots of interested Consumers.
